Charden Virgil is the granddaughter of Etta Pearl Weston Douglas and a 2011 graduate of Columbia High School. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Tougaloo College in Jackson, MS in 2015 and earned her graduate degree from Brown University in Providence, RI in 2017. Currently, Charden works with the Georgia Department of Public Health.
Dr. Charnise Virgil Moore is the granddaughter of Etta Pearl Weston Douglas. She graduated from Columbia High School and earned an undergraduate degree from Tougaloo College. She earned a graduate degree from Brown University and a doctoral degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Moore works as a Chief Program Officer and serves on the board of several nonprofit organizations, with aims to ensure all have access to resources for a higher quality of life.
